Gather all ye competitors to the Castillio De La Mota to partake in the Grand Mijas H3 Tournament on this Sunday at 3pm.
Bring your horse and finest lance, ready to slay the Dragon that is Speedbumps 'Macho' course. For your Squires there will be a wimpy run to entertain them.
The going will be tough a foot so bring sturdy shoes and water carrier. Don't forget the factor 50 to shield you from the Dragons' flame.
For those banqueting at The Boma the Hares need to know what you require by Friday evening latest from the menu so the kitchen can get the food fresh.
As it is the St. George's Run, please wear something red and white.
